8. How long we keep your data
We store your data for up to 6 years and only if necessary.
We securely delete or anonymise personal data when it is no longer required, subject to backup cycles and legal obligations.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest for key systems, multi‑factor access controls, staff training and routine vulnerability management. No transmission over the internet is 100 per cent secure.
10. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- access your personal data;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have data erased or processing restricted in certain circumstances;
- receive a copy in portable form or have it transmitted to another controller;
- object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing;
- withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect prior lawful processing);
- complain to the ICO (see Section 14).
We respond to rights requests within one month. We may ask for proof of identity. We do not charge a fee unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
11. Children
Our Services are not directed at anyone under 18. If we learn we have inadvertently collected such data, we will delete it promptly.
12. Changes to this policy
We last updated this policy on 26/08/25. Future material changes will be notified by email or an in‑product message.
