Marc Teague
Managing Director
Marc brings over 20 years of industry experience to his role as Managing Director of MNM Developments. A former professional rugby player, Marc’s career instilled in him a strong foundation of discipline, teamwork, and leadership – qualities that have been pivotal in shaping MNM’s success. A joiner by trade, Marc previously honed his skills working for his father’s company, Teague Homes, gaining invaluable hands-on experience across all aspects of construction and development. His practical expertise, combined with a commitment to excellence and team-driven leadership, continues to drive MNM Developments forward.
Nathan Teague
Director
Nathan brings a blend of hands-on construction experience and business acumen to MNM Developments. As Director, he plays a pivotal role in overseeing the company’s operations, ensuring that each project meets the firms exacting standards for design, sustainability and customer satisfaction. His responsibilities encompass the entire development process, from initial planning to post-completion aftercare, reflecting a commitment to excellence at every stage and ensuring a smooth handover for each client and their new home.
Michaela Teague
Director
Michaela brings a wealth of experience from the public sector and private property management, which uniquely positions her to oversee the operational backbone of the business. Her background in government services has instilled a deep understanding of regulatory compliance, procurement and stakeholder coordination skills that she has seamlessly translated into the property development sector. As a scrupulous and efficient office manager, Michaela is the cornerstone of MNM’s administrative and operation framework. She ensures that the internal systems, communications and logistics function smoothly.
