For us, being hands-on means understanding what is happening at every stage of a project.
Our team remains actively involved from initial planning and design through to construction, completion and aftercare. It means working closely with architects, designers and experienced tradespeople, while keeping sight of the details that ultimately make a difference to the people who will live there.
That involvement also creates continuity. Rather than treating design, construction and completion as separate stages, each decision forms part of the same process, with the finished home always front of mind.
There is no substitute for practical construction experience.
MNM is led by Marc, Nathan and Michaela Teague, carrying forward a family history within the Scottish construction industry. Marc brings decades of practical construction experience, having begun his career as a joiner, while Nathan is closely involved throughout the development process, from planning through to post-completion aftercare. Michaela brings a strong focus on the customer experience, helping to ensure the same care and attention applied during construction continues through to the finished home.
Together, that breadth of experience helps inform decisions across every development. It means looking beyond how something appears on a drawing and considering how it will work in reality – how a space flows, how materials perform, how a home feels to live in and how individual details come together in the finished result.
